A dynamic, fluent Yoga style with focus on transitioning from one asana to another always synchronized with your breath. Vinyasa yoga is a fluid sequence of movement which can be described as “meditation in motion”. My Vinyasa flows range from a challenging very dynamic flow to holding the poses for some breath so that there is enough time for breathing and adjusting the poses.
A more passive series of slow and long-hold postures that tend to remove blockages in the myofascial meridians in the body which can help to stimulate the organs, balance your whole system and thus help to increase your overall wellbeing. Yin Yoga is a complementary Yoga practice to the more active styles such as Vinyasa Flow.

Business Yoga is a specially designed Yoga class for companies to create a counterbalance to an often demanding and sometimes stressful everyday working life. Together we design the Yoga program that fits perfectly with your company health program. The classes will include simple, suitable for day-to-day use postures and movements, breath work, meditation techniques and - if desired - information on how to develop a healthier lifestyle in general.
All of my classes can be booked online. The session will be held via Zoom.
